Position Overview

The Service Drive Valet is an essential team member responsible for maintaining the service department's lot, supporting vehicle preparation, and ensuring customer vehicles are handled with care. This role collaborates daily with Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. The goal is to maintain a clean, orderly facility and guarantee customer satisfaction with every service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead yourself and contribute to the team in alignment with the company's vision and mission.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before customer delivery.
  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning to customers; report any issues immediately.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot by moving vehicles as directed and following dealership display standards.
  • Transport vehicles between storage and service areas.
  • Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive.
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when necessary.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific working hours will be provided during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions, including SR22 if applicable.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery safely.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Capability to pass pre-employment screening including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), drug test, and credit report.
  • Ability to perform duties safely and effectively.
